CONVERSION
Treasure Valley 3D uses the latest Computer Numerical Control technology to precisely cut your material within +/-.005″ tolerance. If you already have a file in DXF or DWG form; perfect. You’re one step closer to having a finished product, contact us for a quote. If you have a drawing on a piece of paper, we can convert that file to a .DXF or .DWG necessary for our water jet machine.
PROCUREMENT
Depending on your material needs, Treasure Valley 3D can order material for you, making this step of the process easier for our customers. Whether you are ordering something as available as glass or something a little more unconventional like Phenolic paper, Treasure Valley 3D can take care of the ordering and shipping for you. With a 6’x 12′ bed, Treasure Valley 3D can cut large footprint material–our dynamic water jet head can cut through 8″ material. With 87,000 psi Hyper Pressure™ Technology from Flow, Treasure Valley 3D can cut everything without the heat-affected zones of torch cutting methods. We can deliver you higher quality parts with a shorter turnaround time thanks to state of the art technology.
